Mr. Burten Gates, 74, passed away Thursday October 6, 2016 at his residence. Funeral Services for Mr. Gates will be at 4 PM Sunday, October 9 in The Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral Home. Burial will be in the New Prospect Presbyterian Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 PM to 8 PM Saturday, October 8 at The Ripley Funeral Home.
