Donald John DePaul

Donald John DePaul, 70, a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and a retired Northwest airline employee, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home on Thursday morning July 6, 2017 following an extended illness.
  At the request of Mr. DePaul, services and interment will be private. Arrangements will be provided by The Ripley Funeral Home.
  Born December 15, 1946 in Salisbury, Maryland, he was the son of the late Dominic John and Mary Elizabeth Dickerson DePaul.
   He was married on September 18, 1998 to the former Karen Walter who was also an employee of Northwest Airlines before her retirement. Don moved to North Mississippi in 2000 and enjoyed the rural way of life that included outdoor activities, hunting and fishing.
  A Christian, Don is survived by his wife, many friends and family.
