Emma Grace Hamilton

Emma Grace Hamilton of Ripley, precious infant daughter of Christopher Lee "Brother" Hamilton and Carley Breann Hodges was born July 26, 2015 and departed this life on August 4 at LeBonheur Children's Hospital where she was a patient for 10 days.  A service of love for Emma Grace will be Friday, August 7th at 2 PM in The Heritage Chapel of The Ripley Funeral Home.  Officiating ministers will be Bro. Chris Lewellen, Bro Randy Hamilton and Bro. Daniel Rogers.  A solo will be provided by Bro. Stacy McKee.  Visitation will be Friday, August 7th from 12 noon to 2 PM in The Heritage Chapel of The Ripley Funeral Home.

While her life was short, Emma Grace blessed everyone with her presence. "There is no foot too small to leave an imprint in this world" and she did just that.  She came into our lives and touched our hearts forever.

In addition to her parents, Emma Grace is survived by her maternal grandparents, Kelley Crew of Ripley and Kerry Crew of Pontotoc; paternal grandparents, David Hamilton and Crystal Pegram of Ripley; maternal great-grandparents, Kathy Mauney of Ashland, Tim and Molly Mauney of Dumas, Doug McCallum of Olive Branch, Shelia and Dickie Crew of Pontotoc; paternal great-grandparents, Trudy and the late J. C. Hamilton, Lee Allen and Carol Pegram of Ripley; great-great-grandfather, James "Pop" Childers of Ashland; aunt, Ashley Hodges; uncle, Keeton Hamilton; great aunts and uncles, Keith & Mindy Clark, Michael & Missy McCallum, Katie & Craig Wilbanks, Stephanie & Adam Haskins, Danny & Lacy McCallum, Laura Moore, Shellie & Sport Goolsby, Will & Elizabeth Taylor & Dana Taylor.  Special cousins, Peyton Clark, Kate Clark, Addison Scroggins, & Katlyn McCallum.

The family of Emma Grace is honored and humbled by the charity and selflessness of many wonderful people for their continued support and prayers.
