Gary Earl King

Gary E. King, 48, of Blue Mountain, retired long distance truck operator and much loved husband, father and brother, died April 14, 2016 at his residence. Funeral Services for Gary will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 17 at Trinity Assembly of God Church where he was a member and burial will be in the Dumas Cemetery. Arrangements will be provided by The Ripley Funeral Home. Gary was a graduate of Ripley High School and a resident of Tippah County since 1973. He will be remembered as a person devoted to his family and he enjoyed computers, reading, animals and humor. Gary is survived by his beloved wife, Rebecca Stalcup King, his children, twins Emily and Jessica King and Ashley Vick all of Ripley. He is the brother of Debby Harrison (Dennis), Donna Gaillard (Jim), Angie Bridges ( Houston), Brenda Gaillard (Lee), Michael King (Sharon), all of Ripley, Pam Schipper (Bruce) of Troy, AL, Laura Bullock (Greg) of Dry Creek , Jim King (Penny) of Smithville, TN, a sister in law, Patsy King and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Doulphus and Hazel Warren King and a brother, Rodger King.
