Susan Ann Carter Brown

Susan Carter Brown, 59, resident of the Ripley Community and beloved wife of Danny Brown, died August 27, 2015 at her residence. Services for Mrs. Brown will be at 2 PM Saturday, August 29th in The Heritage Chapel of the Ripley Funeral Home with burial in the Tiplersville Cemetery.
  A life long resident of Tippah County and a graduate of Walnut High School, Mrs. Brown was a member of Peoples Baptist Church. A devoted homemaker, she enjoyed computers and preparing meals for her family. Most of all, Mrs. Brown loved being a "Nana" to her three precious grandchildren, Abigail and Phebe Brown and Madeline Rhodes.
  In addition to her husband of 40 years, Mrs. Brown leaves her children, Missy Rhodes (Matt) of Corinth and Nathaniel Brown (Jackie) of Ripley and is a sister of Charles Carter of Tupelo, Margaret Stanley and Judy Carter, both of Hernando, Donna Wilhite of Corinth, Nancy Drewery and Bernice Roland, both of Southaven.
  A visitation for Mrs. Brown will be from 12 noon to 2 PM Saturday at The Ripley Funeral Home.
