 Terry Lee Delashmit, 49, resident of the Three Forks Community near Walnut and beloved husband of Brenda Sanders Delashmit, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes Sunday morning October 9, 2016 at his residence.
  Funeral Services for Terry will be at 1 PM Wednesday October 12 at Marlow Church of Christ with burial in Oakland Cemetery near Walnut. The Ripley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
  Born December 1, 1966, he was the son of the late Johnny Clifford and Martha Williams Delashmit. A native of Somerville, TN, Terry and his family moved to the Three Forks Community in 1971. He was a member of Middleton Church of Christ and a 1984 graduate of Walnut High School.Terry was an employee of Thyssen-Krupp Corporation in Walnut for 15 years before his illness. An avid outdoorsman and excellent marksman, Terry enjoyed hunting, fishing and a good round of golf. He will be remembered as a loving husband and father who devoted countless hours supporting his children, grandchildren and all sporting events at Walnut High School.
  Visitation will continue Wednesday at Marlow Church of Christ until service time.
  In addition to his wife, he leaves 4 daughters, Susie Lumpkin (Michael) of Falkner, Krystal Smith, Alexandria Lei and Cloe Grace Delashmit all of the Three Forks Community, a son, Jeremy Luna (Wanda) of the Pine Grove Community and 7 grandchildren, Clay and Lainey Moffitt, Hunter, Zach and Austin Leopard, Carson Smith and Dalton Luna. Terry was also preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Wayne Delashmit.
