Timmy Robert "Mr. T" Stites

Tippah County -   Timmy Robert "Mr. T" Stites, 61, resident of the Falkner Community, truck driver for Waste Connections in Walnut and husband of Nita Hopkins Stites, died unexpectedly at his residence of natural causes Thursday morning, May 19, 2016. Services honoring the life of Tim will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 21 in The Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral home with burial in the Little Hope Cemetery at Falkner. A native of Waukegan, IL, Tim moved at an early age with his family to Tippah County and was a graduate of Pine Grove High School. A Baptist, he will remembered as a people person and an avid conversationalist who enjoyed drag racing, operating his truck, visiting with co-workers and caring for his bulldog "Lucy".Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will continue from 12 noon until service time at The Ripley Funeral Home. In addition to his wife, he leaves his children, Steve Stites(Shonda) and Jessica Carter (Drew) both of Falkner, Scotty Stites (Sharon) of Pine Grove, his mother, Willie Mae Voyles (Billy Joe) of Reinzi, his grandchildren, Caden Stites of Ripley, Autumn Bostick, Dylan Stites, Brady Bostick and Sara Stites all of Falkner. He was preceded in death by his dad, Robert Stites and sister Glenda Wilbanks.
