Wes Austin Upthegrove

Wes Austin Upthegrove, precious 8 month old infant son of John and Karen Allen Upthegrove, received his angel wings on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at the NMMC Women's Center in Tupelo. A service of love for Wes will be at 1 PM Wednesday, August 26 in The Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral Home with tributes and remarks by his NICU Family. Visitation will be from 11 AM to 1 PM at The Ripley Funeral Home. Interment will be in Clear Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Marshall County.
  From birth, as Wes struggled to overcome a number of health problems, his indomitable spirit and contagious smile touched the lives of everyone around him. He especially loved his Baby Einstein Sea Dreams Soother and his Nubby-Wubby monkey.
  In addition to his parents, Wes is survived by three brothers, Michael Allen Cunningham, John Davis "D" Upthegrove and Ty Irwin Upthegrove all of Saltillo; his grandparents, J.C. and Nancy Allen of Ripley and John H. and Sharon Upthegrove of Port Austin , MI.
  "Daddy please don't look so sad, mommy please don't cry. I am in the arms of Jesus and He sings me lullabies."
