My deepest condolences to the family for your loss. Our Heavenly Father gives us a comforting thought when He tells us that soon death will be "swallowed up forever." (1 Cor. 15:54) Along with this, God also promises that ones who have died will be able to live again. (John 5:28,29) I hope these encouraging scriptures can bring you some comfort during this difficult time.

Thank you for those comforting words of encouragment... I remember one of moms nurses a several years ago told us her mother named her right if you put her first two names together you get AlthaFaith. Al-tha-faith. Thank you freind.

My deepest sympathies over the loss of Altha. No person can ever prepare themselves for the feelings of loss that can come when our loved ones leave us. Please know that these feelings are temporary and will soon be replaced with wonderful and happy memories. The comfort from the scriptures can help during this difficult time. John 5:28,29 "for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life." Knowing that we can see our loved ones again in a future paradise free from the effects of ill health and suffering certainly warms our heart. Please accept my deepest sympathies. Dave
