Benjamin "Benny" Null Obituary

Our beloved brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Benjamin "Benny" Null, 62, resident of Walnut, passed away Monday November 5, 2018 at The Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama following an extended illness.
  Funeral Services remembering the life of Benny will be at 2 PM Friday November 9 at County Line Baptist Church near Walnut with Bro. Chris Lewellen officiating. Personal reflections will be given by his nephew, John Null. Burial will follow in County Line Cemetery. Arrangements will be provided by The Ripley Funeral Home.
  Benny was born September 14, 1956 in Sheffield, Al and was the son of the late Johnnie Hugh and Gertha Anita Crum Null. He was a 1976 graduate of Foley High School in Foley, Alabama and continued his education at Troy State University where he earned a Degree in Business Administration.
  A resident of the Campground Community near Walnut for over 35 years, Benny was employed as a supervisor for the Bilt-Rite Corporation in Ripley before retiring for health reasons. A Christian and a family oriented person known for his love of his nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, Benny will be remembered as an avid Auburn University and Atlanta Braves Baseball fan. In earlier years he enjoyed fishing and was known by many as a computer "guru" who shared his knowledge with family and friends.
  Visitation will continue Friday at County Line Baptist Church.
  Those left to honor his memory include his sister, Anita Janes and brother, Anthony Null (Kathy) , both of Walnut, a niece, Kristin Null of Walnut, two nephews, John Null (Mandy) of Ripley and Bryan Janes (Brooke), stationed with the United States Army in Ft. Gordon, GA, two great nieces, Lillian Kuykendall and Adelyn Janes, two great nephews, Easton and Christopher Null and a host of cousins.
  He was also preceded in death by a niece, Taylor Pauline Janes.
