Juan Alberto Mazariego

 A beloved husband, father, brother , grandfather & friend, Juan Alberto Mazariego, 72, resident of Ripley, passed away Sunday evening June 9, 2019 at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo following an extended illness.
  Funeral Services remembering the life of Mr. Mazariego will be at 3 PM Thursday June 13 in The Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral Home. Bro. Steven Thomas and Bro. Josh Paseur will officiate and burial will follow in Tippah Memorial Gardens.
  Mr. Mazariego was born December 16, 1946 in El Salvador, the son of the late Alejandro De Jesus and Feliciana Mazariego. He received his education in his native country of El Salvador and continued his education as a licensed barber. He was married on December 20, 1973 to his devoted wife, Reyna Ester Mazariego who survives.
  Mr. Mazariego attended Trinity Assembly of God in Ripley and was a valued employee of the BenchCraft Corporation for over 20 years before his retirement.
  He will be remembered for the love of his family, his church and his community. Pastime favorites include listening to old latin music, watching boxing and history movies on television. He leaves a legacy of love and memories for his family and friends to cherish.
  Visitation will continue today until service time at The Ripley Funeral Home.
  In addition to his wife of 45 years, he is survived by his children, Karla Mazariego of Ripley, Maricela Lindsey (Joey) of New Albany and Marvin Mazariego (Sandra) of Fort Drum, NY, eight grandchildren, Emily,Melissa, Marvin, Cindy, Sabrina, Benjamin, Kayla and Joshua,four sisters and five brothers.

Un amado esposo, padre, hermano, abuelo y amigo, Juan Alberto Mazariego, de 72 años, residente de Ripley, falleció el domingo por la noche el 9 de junio de 2019 en el North Mississippi Medical Center en Tupelo luego de una enfermedad prolongada. Los servicios funerarios que recuerdan la vida del Sr. Mazariego serán a las 3 PM del jueves 13 de junio en The Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral Home. Bro. Steven Thomas y el hermano.
