Obituary

Alice Morgan, 71, passed away unexpectedly Monday morning, July 24, 2023, at her daughter's residence in Tippah County.

A private service honoring Mrs. Morgan's life will be held at a later date. Ripley Funeral Home will be handling all the arrangements.

The last of nine children, Mrs. Morgan was born June 12, 1952, in Clarksdale, MS to the late Andy B. and Eda Turman Morgan. She received her education from the Clarksdale School System and was a homemaker for all of her life.

A very simple lady, Mrs. Morgan enjoyed fishing, swimming, playing games on her phone, and Karaoke. She will be remembered for her easy-going spirit, fun personality, and the love she had for her family. She will greatly be missed.

Those left to cherish her memories included her children, Angel Jackson (Hank), T. D. Moore, and Alicia, and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her son, David.
