Charles Jason Miller

Charles Jason Miller, well known to many as Jason, departed this life on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at his residence in Ripley, Mississippi, at the age of 52.

Due to ongoing winter weather conditions, burial will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 29, 2026, in Ripley City Cemetery.

Jason was born on March 11, 1973, in Tippah County, to the late Charles and Louise Hisaw Miller. He received his education in the South Tippah School District and was of the Baptist faith.

Following his father’s passing, Jason took over his dad’s business and proudly owned and operated Miller and Sons Garage Doors. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and riding motorcycles. Jason traveled through nearly all 50 states on his motorcycle—this was truly where his passion lived. Those who knew and loved him will miss him dearly.

Those left to cherish Jason’s memory include two sisters, Melanie Clemmer (Burt) of Ripley and Aimee Lancaster (Fred) of Kossuth; one brother, Jeff Miller (Patty) of Ripley; two nieces, Emily Hutchins and Lauren Elliott; two nephews, Tyler Brock and John Riley Miller; and one special person he treated as his own, Hudson Pannell.

Jason was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Louise Miller.
