Christopher Lee Bowen

Christopher Lee Bowen, 37, resident of Walnut, departed this life on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at his residence.

Funeral Services remembering the life of Christopher will be at 2 PM Friday, September 27, 2024, in the Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral Home with Bro. Doc Shelton officiating. Visitation will be from 11 AM to 2 PM Friday, September 27, 2024.

Christopher was born July 25, 1987, in Allegan, Michigan to William Bowen and the late Candise Hodge Bowen.  He received his education from Allegan High School and will be remembered for being a socialite who always loved a good time.  He enjoyed sharing time with Traci, who was the love of his life and his family, loved all children, listening to country rap music, grilling and smoking food, and eating spicy foods.

Those left to share his memories include his father, three daughters, Mya Bowen, and Bayleigh Schmall of Holland, MI, and Allie Jean Bowen of Walnut, two sons, Christian Lee Bowen and Rowdey Sinkler both of Walnut, one sister, Erica Berry (James) of Milan, TN, one nephew, Michael Patrick Dyer of East Hartford, CT, and his long-time companion of sixteen years, Traci Lynn Sinkler. 

He is preceded in death by his mother, Candise Hodge Bowen and one daughter, Kasey Lynn Bowen.
