Contrina "Connie" (Blalock) Sagely

Contrina “Connie” Sagely, age 58, passed away on October 8, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer.   

A private memorial service honoring Ms. Sagely’s life will be held at a later date.  Ripley Funeral Home will be handling all arrangements.

Born in Alabama on May 23, 1964, she was the daughter of the late Bobby and Beulah May Blalock.  Mrs. Sagely will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all that knew and loved her.

Ms. Sagely will be remembered for her love of shopping at Goodwill, coloring, listening to rock and rap music and sharing time with her special canine, Harley.  Connie loved her children and grandchildren immensely and will be greatly missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish her memories include her daughter, Jessica Killingsworth of Burnsville, four grandchildren, Jaxton, Tinslee, Dacota and Baja Sides, all of Burnsville, one sister, Gina Mitchell of Savannah, TN, and her loyal canine, Harley, who she dearly loved as much as her grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, one son, Daniel Sagely, and one brother, Bob Blalock.
