Curtis Wayne Dixon

 Curtis Wayne Dixon, 53, resident of Glen and native of Tippah County, passed away Wednesday June 19, 2019 at Tippah County Hospital in Ripley following an extended illness.
  Funeral Services for Mr. Dixon will be at 2 PM Monday June 24 at Mission of Hope Church near Glen with a visitation 2 hours before services. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Arrangements will be provided by New Albany Funeral & Cremation Care (662) 539-7000
  Mr. Dixon was born March 31, 1966 in Tippah County, the son of the late L.B. and Bonnie Jackson Dixon. He received his education in the Alcorn County Public School System and was employed in the construction industry for much of his life.
  Survivors include three sons, Christopher Dixon (Lindsey) of Myrtle, Corey Dixon (Jennifer) of Glen and Casey Dixon (Cheyenne) of Booneville, two sisters, Nancy Braddock (Trent) and Janet Bain (Andy) both of Glen, two brothers, Thomas Dixon of Corinth and Billy Dixon (Suzanne) of Ripley and eight grandchildren.
  He was also preceded in death by a brother, James Henry Dixon.
