Eva Belle Robertson Shaw

 Eva Robertson Shaw,76, resident of the Tiplersville Community and longtime employee of the Bilt-Rite Corporation before her retirement, passed away Tuesday November 27, 2018 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo following an extended illness.
  A gathering of family and friends will be from 1 PM to 3 PM Thursday November 29 in the Fellowship Hall of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with prayer and scripture given by Bro. Jeremy Huey. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Arrangements will be provided by The Ripley Funeral Home.
  Born June 29, 1942 in Ripley, She was the daughter of the late Ellis "Samp" and Era Bell Hopper Robertson. Ms. Shaw was a 1960 graduate of Falkner High School and was a lifelong resident of Tippah County.
  A Baptist throughout her life, Ms. Shaw will be remembered for her love of gardening and the outdoors. Affectionately known as "Maw-Maw" by her much loved grandchildren and great granddaughter, she enjoyed special family gatherings that included Christmas and Easter. Traveling and her annual ship cruises with her daughter were times she treasured.
  Survivors include her children, Lisa Eaton, Penny Shaw and Mike Shaw all of Tiplersville, two grandchildren, Paige Richardson and David Eaton (Kristin Hall) , a great granddaughter, Patience Eaton and three sisters, Betty Carter of Collierville, TN , Bobbie Jean Hill of Falkner and Debbie Quinn of Walnut.
  She was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Martin.
