Jessie Allen Jackson

Jessie Allen Jackson, 54, passed away peacefully Friday November 10, 2023 at Diversicare Health and Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness.

Funeral Services honoring Mr. Jackson will be private. Ripley Funeral Home will be handling all arrangements.

Mr. Jackson was born February 14, 1969 in Memphis to the late Evelyn Penna and Jesse Jackson and received his education from Kingsbury High School. He was a hard worker and was self employed mobile home builder for 20 years before his retirement.

A Christian, Mr. Jackson enjoyed "piddling" and tinkering with things around the house. He loved his family dearly and always looked forward to any and every family function. Mr. Jackson was a great friend and family man, who will truly be missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Those left to cherish his memories include his partner, Rebecca Hancock, one daughter, Samantha Carolyn Jackson, a step daughter, Tanisha Hancock, his aunt, Linda Pinna, a host of cousins including, James, Samantha, Matthew, Jeff, Steve, and Michael Pinna and Albert Rhoads, Gloria Davis, and Richard and Lacie Loyd who he considered his siblings.
