Maria Medina

On Tuesday evening, March 14, 2023, Maria Medina, 79, resident of Ripley, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home surrounded by family.

Visitation for Mrs. Medina will be from 4 PM to 7:30 PM on Friday, March 17 with Mass beginning at 7:30. Burial will follow in her home town of Ahuacatitlan, Almoloya De Alquisiras, Estado De Mexico.

A Catholic, Mrs. Medina was born  August 25, 1943 in Mexico, the daughter of the late Emiliano Juarez and Caritina Garcia. She will be remembered for her friendly, strong, sweet personality, her contagious smile and her happy, easy going spirit. Mrs. Medina was a good grandmother to all her beloved grandchildren and enjoyed tending to her beautiful flowers as well as receiving flowers from her family and friends.

Beautiful memories will continue to be shared by four daughters, Angeles Medina, Dolores Agustina Medina, Clara Medina and Elizabeth Medina,three sons Alejandro Medina, Jaime Medina and Jose Medina, seventeen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.

Mrs. Medina was also preceded in death by her husband.

El martes 14 de marzo de 2023 por la noche, María Medina, de 79 años, residente de Ripley, falleció pacíficamente en la comodidad de su hogar rodeada de su familia.

El velorio para la Sra. Medina será de 4:00 p. m. a 7:30 p. m. el viernes 17 de marzo con misa a partir de las 7:30 p. m. El entierro seguirá en su ciudad natal de Ahuacatitlán, Almoloya De Alquisiras, Estado De México.

Catolica, la Sra. Medina nació el 25 de agosto de 1943 en México, hija del difunto Emiliano Juárez y Caritina García. Será recordada por su personalidad amistosa, fuerte y dulce, su sonrisa contagiosa y su espíritu alegre y tranquilo. La Sra. Medina fue una buena abuela para todos sus amados nietos y disfrutó cuidando sus hermosas flores y recibiendo flores de su familia y amigos.

Hermosos recuerdos seguirán siendo compartidos por cuatro hijas, Ángeles Medina, Dolores Agustina Medina, Clara Medina y Elizabeth Medina, tres hijos Alejandro Medina, Jaime Medina y José Medina, diecisiete nietos y diecinueve bisnietos.

La señora Medina también fue precedida en la muerte por su esposo.
