A Celebration of Life, with Military Honors, honoring the life of Mr. Williams will be 10 AM Thursday May 4, 2023 at his residence, 541 Fields Road, Byhalia, MS, 38611.
Born December 5, 1960, in Bainbridge, GA, Mr. Williams was the son of the late John Howard and Fleeta Mock Williams. He received his education from Temple Baptist School in Southaven and went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Air Force for 12 years, which included his duties during the Desert Storm Conflict. A Christian, Mr. Williams was a valued employee with Carrier Commercial Service for 30 years.
An avid outdoorsman, Mr. Williams was very patriotic, always taking pride in his country, and was very avid in shooting firearms. A prankster, Mr. Williams always had a "few tricks up his sleeve" and was known best for his “gag gifts” he gave every Christmas. A Jerry Clower fan, he often got inspiration from him on the jokes and stories he would tell. A simple man, Mr. Williams had a giving heart and was content with the rural way of life. His legacy will continue to be shared by his family and friends.
Those left to cherish his memories include three sisters, Shirley Sykes and Donna Smith both of Byhalia, and Regina Sides(Tim) of Holly Springs, and one brother, Kerry Williams(Brandy) of Ashland.
The Ripley Funeral Home invites you to share memories.
