William David Russell, 81, resident of Ripley, passed away Thursday morning December 21, 2023 at Diversicare Health & Rehabilitation Center in Ripley.
David's memory will continue to be shared by his wife of 40 years, Phyllis Bryant Russell, one daughter, Summer Russell Hill (Josh), two granddaughters, Rivers and Breezy Hill and brother- in -law, Phillip Bryant.
