Ripley Funeral and Cremation Services had its beginnings in 1925 when The R.L. Nance & Co. Hardware and Undertaking Company began filling an unmet need in Tippah County and surrounding areas by providing a hearse and stocking caskets in their hardware company  located on the court square in downtown Ripley. By succession, Ripley Funeral and Cremation Services was incorporated in 1972 by a group of local Tippah County residents who designed a spacious funeral home and funeral chapel with dedicated and caring people to serve our area for future generations. We celebrate our 90th anniversary in 2015. We have met the vision of our founders by continually remodeling and upgrading our facility that is operated by a dedicated professional staff who are sincerely motivated by their calling to serve people. We’ll be here when you need us and always have been. We call ourselves "Ripley Funeral Home… People You Trust Caring for People You Love."
