Paul Raymond Frazier
June 2, 1961 ~ January 12, 2017 (age 55) 55 Years OldOn January 12, 2017, Paul Raymond Frazier, 55, passed away at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
He was born in Biloxi, MS and had lived in the Philippines early in his childhood. When his father retired from the Air Force, the family moved back to Biloxi, living there for several years before moving to Ripley.
Preceded in death by his parents, Ezma (Pat) and Roy Frazier, he is survived by his brother, Roger Frazier and sister, Ann Maniscalco, both residents of south Mississippi, along with a nephew and nieces, several cousins, and many who knew him as friend.
Paul is remembered as one who was knowledgeable about various trades, and could fix almost anything. He did electrical work, was employed with Ashley Furniture, and was also a skilled mechanic at Charlie's Car Care in Ripley. A lover of music, he enjoyed working the soundboard for a couple of local bands, including Blacksmith.
Since he would not have wanted a fancy funeral service, a memorial reception to honor Paul is to be held at the Ripley Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 1st. Friends and family are invited to drop by at their convenience from 4:00-6:30 PM.
The family request that memorials be made the New Prospect Presbyterian Church,6371A MS-370, Ripley, MS 38663, in thankfulness for their acceptance, encouragement and care for Paul at the beginnings of his late-in-life journey of faith.
