I recently received sad news from Amanda, daughter of Fred, W8FR, who passed to Silent Key in Blue Mountain, MS. Fred is missed in our daily radio sessions for the Propagation Group with his characteristically smooth and reliable style of transmitting on the air in phone (voice) and CW (Morse) modes. We send our sympathy, thoughts and prayers to Fred’s family.
